Crest Cadillac/Acura is the exclusive CNY dealer for Cadillac and Acura Sales and Service. Our Cadillac dealership serves all of Onondaga County, as well as the areas between Oswego, Auburn, Cortland and Canastota. Our Acura dealership has a slightly larger geographic area, in that throughout Upstate NY, only Buffalo, Rochester and Albany also represent the Acura brand.
Crest has been in business since 1982 at this same location along Auto Row on West Genesee Street, just a few blocks from Downtown. Our facilities have been renovated in recent years, and we feature free Wi-Fi, refreshments and large-screen TV’s for those who may be waiting for Service.
Loaner cars are usually available to our Service customers with prior appointment. Our team of factory-trained Advisors and Technicians seek to repair all problems on the first visit. We also appreciate your Maintenance business. Our Sales team is also factory-trained and very knowledgeable about not only Cadillac and Acura vehicles, but also the competition.
Please remember that we sell as many Used vehicles as brand-new at Crest, (if not more!), so a lead for a Certified Pre-Owned – or another make/model – is a great lead for Crest as well.
