About HR One
HR One Consulting, Inc. was established in 1986 to provide the solutions to our clients' employee management needs. In 2007 HR One, Inc. was established to offer payroll processing services. Together we are a full-service human resource consulting and payroll administration firm servicing employers of all sizes and in all industries.
HR One functions as the Human Resource Department for smaller organizations that may not have the need or the financial resources to hire a full-time Human Resource Manager. We also supplement in-house Human Resource Departments that may not have the time or expertise to coordinate special projects.
Our mission is to develop long-term, loyal client relationships by enthusiastically anticipating, identifying, and responding to our clients’ needs. Our goal is to provide superior and innovative human resource management services that will comply with employment regulations, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to clients’ business success.
